function contentBoundScope(exercised: Scope, content: ActionContentFacts): Scope;
Defined in: agent-core/src/scope.ts:448 (opens in a new tab)
exercised with each content-bound key (SPEC §7.6) set from the action's own
signed content instead of the agent's claim: mime to its type/subtype in
lower case, max_bytes to its length, content_hash_prefix to the hex of
its hash. A scope with no content-bound keys comes back unchanged.
