function distinctBallotCopies(ballots: Ballot[]): Ballot[];
Defined in: vote-core/src/tally.ts:376 (opens in a new tab)
The ballots read from relays with byte-identical copies (signature included)
collapsed, in first-seen order. Copies that differ in anything, sig.value
included, are all kept: pass them all to tally, which verifies each.
